LEBANESE WINE

Born of earth,
shaped by craft.

Bélier de Rey — un vin d'esprit.

THE ESTATE SPIRIT

“Grounded in the land. Set in stone.”

Bélier de Rey is born from the high-altitude vineyards of Lebanon — ancient terraces carved into limestone, tended by hand through each season. It is wine made without shortcuts, shaped by a philosophy that the land already knows what it wants to say.

The Ram of the King has grazed these hills for generations. These bottles carry that weight — and that freedom.

OUR STORY

A family table in the hills of Lebanon.

Three generations. The same vines. The belief that wine is not made in a cellar — it is made in the field, season after season, with hands that remember the year before.

The soil remembers everything the sky has forgotten.

THE TABLE

Wine finds its reason at the table.

Bélier de Rey is made to be opened. To accompany slow meals, long conversations, mezze under the evening light. It is a wine that waits — and rewards those who do not rush.

  • Grilled lamb with sumac and pomegranate
  • Aged Kebbeh and freekeh pilaf
  • Lebanese mountain cheese, fresh bread
  • Dark chocolate and dried fig
